LiveTradeChat collects the information needed to run accounts, chat, voice lobbies, moderation, and site reliability.

Information We Store

This may include email address, username, display name, profile fields, chat messages, friend/follow data, private lobby membership, moderation actions, clip markers, watchlist symbols, and technical error logs.

Voice

Voice chat is handled through LiveKit. LiveTradeChat does not intentionally store voice audio recordings in the current site build.

Use Of Information

Information is used to provide accounts, live chat, voice lobbies, safety tools, admin review, email notices, and troubleshooting.

Deletion Requests

Users can request account deletion from the profile dashboard. Some records may need to be retained for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.

Third Parties

The site uses services such as Supabase, Netlify, LiveKit, TradingView widgets, and livestream platforms. Their own policies may also apply.
